I like  look at ttfb, it may indicate you need a better host. Optimize all the images. Reduce plugins as much as possible, if it's not actively being used, get rid of it. Use caching, I like WPRocket, it does a great job. Cloudflare.

Run 2-3 tests (gt metrix, pingdom tools, pagespeed insights, and follow the hints. Images, cache etc

PHP 7. 3+ and HTTP/2 are main areas. Images may be a problem. Here is my list of recommendations

Check out the CAOS plugin to host google analytics JS locally and remove that render-blocking problem we all see. Also check out the Optimole plugin.
