Getting listed on every OTA is going to be a huge time sink in the launch phase, I wouldn't recommend it. Prioritize OTA signups based on what's most relevant to your property and target audience. Many OTAs will have a bulk of their traffic coming from Chinese or Indian markets, which isn't always high priority. For example, one of my clients is a party hostel for backpackers, so the typical Chinese tour group won't end up booking often.
