Hi Folks, What is the best way to advertise small hotels? All the booking sites, gmb, blog ready, what else?

All booking sites, listing optimized for relevant keywords with booking intention. Own website and blog. All local travel blogs, forums, social media influencers with following that you need, etc.

Getting listed on every OTA is going to be a huge time sink in the launch phase, I wouldn't recommend it. Prioritize OTA signups based on what's most relevant to your property and target audience. Many OTAs will have a bulk of their traffic coming from Chinese or Indian markets, which isn't always high priority. For example, one of my clients is a party hostel for backpackers, so the typical Chinese tour group won't end up booking often.

Depends on the location and target market. What is “all the booking sites”? What do you consider small-how many rooms? How are their reviews? I exclusively work with hotels.
