Question

The March 1st tag changes are coming, (Maybe)! What are everyone's thoughts on the future impact of this update? A big deal? or is Google just making official the fact that they already index nofollows? I'd love to get a conversation going in the comments!

My response is Im gonna keep doing what Ive been doing. Keeping my Nofollow's and will use them the same way with future endeavors.

I think that's a fair call. Now that Google is introducing a "sponsored" tag as well as "ugc" (user generated content), that may be the determining factor in a nofollow link's value for SEO. I'd be curious to see if a lot of publications jump on board with applying them.
