@cochard they do , as does Sonoff sockets which when you add a WiFi Rf433 controller you can use various remotes to turn the socket on and off such as

@intervale get the rf433 remote to link with the switches and can ewelink learn the code from remote

@cochard that’s what an Rf bridge does it takes rf signals then converts them into WiFi to commend devices

I would be more interested to vice versa - get rid of the stupid eWelink and move all my Sonoff devices to Smart Life :D
