Hey ladies and gents.  I wondered if anyone has created a smart interface (input) that can work with Alexa yet?Hey ladies and gents. I wondered if anyone has created a smart interface (input) that can work with Alexa yet? There are literally hundreds of smart switches that all act as outputs, doing something controlled by app or Alexa but I need an input module similar to a smart PIR or door contact or Alexa button but it needs to be triggered electronically. Don’t really care how, momentary voltage, 0v or short circuit I can make it happen but I need something which I can use to trigger an Alexa routine. Without the need to open a door or walk I front of it. Any ideas? Maybe I can make my own using Arduino, just need some pointers.

I use Xiaomi aqara ZigBee buttons and Zigbee2mqtt to trigger automations (via node-red).
