Desperately looking for a way to measure the consumption of my newly installed (forced ai) heatpump heater. Anybody know a solution to be installed in the breaker cabinet and where I can buy such thing? Ps: I'm in EU

Just buy an electricians clamp meter, pop it in the cable leaving your circuit breaker and turn on the air pump, presto! Load readings! If you want a more permanent solution, I'd give an electrician a ring then he'd be able to go to a wholesaler and figure out if such a thing even exists
