For some project i need to control 60 E27 rgb bulbs. Preferably locally and with the possibility to use webhook or some other external input. What to use? I was thinking of wifi bulbs and home assistant or maybe zigbee with hue or SmartThings hub.

Nest or Tado? Need something to control boiler, water, underfloor heating and because there are only two of us I would like to be able to control rooms upstairs separately and our cellar is quite cold so I need the flexibility to keep that radiator on longer etc.
