I am using the INSTEON hub and Alexa for voice control. I know the INSTEON hub is limited in its capabilities. Is there a way to tell “ the bitch” to turn off lights in one hour?

Yep, you can “hard code it” via a routine (triggered by a specific phrase, applies to one or more lights) Click on “routines” in the Alexa app.
