I haven’t personally tried them but many have recommended Inovelli switches. You may need an aeotec bypass if the load is below 25 watts.

Inovelli switches I have been using them for years in multiple houses the new ones can be used without neutral

You can use the dimmer with no neutral but if the load is less than a certain Wattage you'll need a jumper. There are details on their website, it's a great switch for scene control

I know for sure the dimmer will work not sure about on/off but you can set the parameters to 99 and itll function like a on/off switch. If you want scene control and notifications this is the way to go
