No. All my Insteon and X10 devices being controlled. ISY994iZW. What firmware, and did you try rebooting your ISY?

@rn388 thanks. Rebooted, unplugged it. Even unplugged the PLC with no luck. Can’t decide what to try next.

As the PLC is for both Insteon & X10 your PLC may have gone bad. Other possibility try replacing the cord from PLC to ISY to see if that is the issue.

I just got the ISY to recognize the PLC in diagnostics, but it fails to restore the PLC at around 75% when I do a restore to try to make things work again. I will try the cable next. (Right now I have a very short 6 inch jumper between the two. )

Check out these instructions for resetting the PLC.

I will try that reset procedure next. Thanks for the continued help here.

No problem & good luck. The only other thing I can think of is if you are not running the released ISY firmware ( recently upgrading to the 5. x beta or release candidate) did you install the correct version?

@rn388 I’m running 4. 7. 5 and at this point I am guessing the PLM is bad.

I did the reset as described but didnt hear any beep. May try it again later. Driving me up the wall with this many devices not working all of the sudden.

Replaced the PLM and the “restore modem” worked quick as can be and all is functioning well now.
