Looking to start adding some smart switches into my house. Looking at using the lightwave kit. What are your pros and cons of the kit?

Experience and you could find a better system that’s not going on to basically lock you into their system

@apprehensible, super solid. Zwave+, I did hear some of the original Zwave are dying off. but im going on 3yrs with the ZW+ without any issues

Note that the GE switches require neutral. They just released a WiFi switch which works on a non-neutral circuit, but the Z-Wave line hasn't been updated yet.

I have had two sets of these - they both died when I had a power outage where other switches were fine. Zooz or Innovelli

@hinder, the GE ZW+ or gen 2 QUICKFIT? I’m in FL and in the years I’ve used them we’ve had multiple power outages and hurricanes and still going strong.
