ECHO SHOW QUESTION.  Noticed this morning the sound quality from one of my devices was off.ECHO SHOW QUESTION. Noticed this morning the sound quality from one of my devices was off. It was quiet, tinny, muffled and had no depth, bass. Anything streamed Eg music, video all bad. Alexa replies, a joke - all normal quality. Anybody else had this? I turned it off/ on and it loaded back to normal. Only had since Dec. Amazon customer service told me to factory reset. Which I’ve not done yet as It’s working now, and don’t fancy setting everything up again. Anybody had anything similar happen to them?

Yup, have had the same thing happen a few times. Music sounds like it's playing through a pocket AM radio. had to reboot it each time.

This used to be an issue with 2nd Gen Echo Dots when they were linked to a Bluetooth speaker - unlinking fixed the problem in that case, before Amazon rolled out a patch. Maybe the same thing going on with the Shows?

@caswell maybe. Now they know I’m sure it’ll be fixed.

Echo show gets a little wonky from time to time and a reboot, or unplug and replug usually fixes issue. Owned one for about two years.
