I got it to control 4 fans in my house. It worked very well for a couple weeks. The only thing I didn't like about it right away was not knowing the state of the fan. It just sends the on/off signal and the fan changes the state. So, if you can see the fan you're controlling then it's no biggie, but if you are trying to control a fan out of sight, then you're going to have to know whether it is already on or off. So, after a couple weeks of using it, something went haywire and NONE of my fan remotes worked in the house. It was almost like the bond unit was jamming the signal. I unplugged it and then the fan remotes started to work again. It was the weirdest thing. I ended up sending it back to Amazon for a refund. I went the more expensive route of wiring the fans to the wall and getting the GE fan switches.
