I haven’t got Alexa. Only SmartThings. I can’t see how to create a simple 20 minute cycle.

I solved it by creating a virtual switch with rules that turn off the real switch after 20 minutes of power usage and turn on the virtual when the real turns off. Then the same thing for the virtual but 40 minutes turning the real on when the virtual turns off. It flip-flops back and forth continually.
