Hi guys.I bought a "broadlink RM pro+" .There is no problem for TV,airconditioner,TC2.But I can not control my electric roller shutter.Shutter has a RF remote control unit.I read that RM pro can control RF .RM pro can learn buttons of RC.But it can not control by ihc app.Red LED is blinking when I tab the buttons on my mobile phone but there is no action.Is there anybody have any experience for this subject?

The Broadlink cant do rolling codes, some 433Mhz devices like garage doors using a rolling code for security. Check the device you are trying to learn doesnt use rolling codes.

Broadlink uses the most common frequencies, perhaps your shutters use a less common one? . Also, are you sure the shutter is RF and not IR?
