Can't you just use the usb and only have it turn on with the TV? Or maybe use Harmony?

I know that from Home Assistant (HA) you can integrate it with SmartThings (ST) and control all your ST devices from there but is there a way to do the opposite.meaning that through some integration have ST control all HA capable only devices and include them on ST automations, scenes and routines?
