Did smartthings discontinue use of the classic app? I have been using both apps for a while now, and today I went into the classic app and all my devices are gone. It also said no hub is linked to the app. How do I fix this?

Mine still works but i use classic less and less. one day, classic is going to be gone for good. best to just move on because when that day happens, you will have to port all your stuff over to new app. some stuff may work fine others may not

Still works for me. Make sure you don’t have more than one Home. If so, make sure you’re on the correct one.

I cleared the cache and data and it had me log in again but it still isn't showing the hub. But what's strange is I also have had the new app too and it is logged in under the same account and that one is working fine. Should I try to add the hub back in the classic app?

@mccully are you sure you are logging in to the dame location. Often when people login to NewApp the first time, it creates a second empty home location.

@anatolia7046 Ok that was it. The first time I changed the location in the app it still didn't work but I guess after logging back in the app it found my hub when I changed it to the other home location it worked. Thanks for the assist.

@mccully ok you should be able to delete the 'extra' empty locatiin in NewApp. Just be VERY careful to delete the correct one.

It is working now after logging in again and changing the home location. Thanks everyone.
