Hello.  I got an z wave switch connected to ST, but it drops out all the time probably cause range issues.Hello. I got an z wave switch connected to ST, but it drops out all the time probably cause range issues. I put an aeotec range extender between the switch and hub, without any luck. How can I make sure the switch is connected through the extender before the hub?

Run a zwave mesh repair, that should fix it. the switch is probably still communicating with the hub, the repair will rebuild the route and have talk to whatever is closest, which i imagine would be your extender

Weird. ive gotten that error before but thats usually for devices i have taken down but didnt exclude. if it doesnt help, you might want to reach out to support. someone else might chime in with something else to try, but thats all ive ever had to do with zwave so thats all ive got to offer

I would run repair few times if you haven't already. It can be a little finicky.
