I am struggling so hard! I have done this before and had amazing success and I have been trying for a month and cannot make it past day 4 without eating something I shouldn’t! Then it’s back to the start! I have found I need to weigh in. I need to be accountable. Is anyone else in the same boat? Does anyone want to do a “weekly weigh in” together?

‍♀️ Me! I did IP from June-Oct and lost 55 lbs. switched to IPA because of finances (my son needed surgery) and was still doing good. Then in Dec I needed surgery (hysterectomy) so I took the month off while I recovered. Now I’m having a hell of a time staying committed and on track. I’d love an accountability partner!

Think about something else. It’s all in the mind.

Unlimited veggies or another packet.

@esprit drink warm chicken broth. Eat a veggie salad. There are many options to not be hungry.

@eolande If I’m drinking chicken broth does that count against anything or is that like unlimited?

Day 4 is always the hardest for me too. Eat that extra packet or fill up on some of your favorite unlimited veggies. Works for me like a charm.

I make my meal plan the Sunday before and dont allow myself to deviate any part of it. Brutal. But indeed the accountability with a coach too.

I have been in your shoes many many times, I kept on trying and then I succeeded, don't give up.
