My smartthings hub cannot find the fibaro double relay(fgs222) when I flick the switch 3 times I see that the light attached to s1 blinks a couple times like it's in pair mode. Yet it doesn't get found when I select the fibaro switch/dimmer or generic zwave. Can someone help me? Please don't judge me on the colours of the wiring, I know the colours aren't how it's suppose to be.

Do the exclusion process first.
by (220 points)
Its not even connected, so how can i exclude it?
by (440 points)
@verdha what’s the exclusion process? Is that deleting it from ST first?
by (230 points)
@amphictyon77 Even if it isn't connected excluding it fixes inclusion issues for me about 90% of the time.
by (220 points)
Its connected now.

@amphictyon77 did it connect after the exclusion process or did it finally go on its own
by (220 points)
After excluding indeed! Thnx for the help!

Are you using the default device handler or a custom one?
by (220 points)
I have done both. Ive installed the handler from cjcharles0 but i cannot even see the device ID when i search for the device
by (21.2k points)
@amphictyon77 delete the custom handler, exclude and re-add

It happened with me as well, the solution to this problem was to reset the fibaro dimmer and then add it to ST. For resetting keep pressing the buttion till the light is yellow/green then release the button and quickly press it one more time. The fibaro will be resetted and will go straight to inclusion.
by (220 points)
Ive rammed the button a dozen times but i never saw a led :/
by (220 points)
I think you mean the B button?
by (1.3k points)
@amphictyon77 yes the b button.
by (220 points)
The LED should be next to the button? I see a little hole there.
by (1.3k points)
@amphictyon77 yes that's right
by (1.3k points)
Tip once you reset it don't do anything, just do the inclusion straight away on st
by (220 points)
Ive pushed it like 30 times realy fast but no led went on :/
by (1.3k points)
@amphictyon77 hold the b button till the light goes yellow/green then release it and press the button once
by (220 points)
Do i need to turn on the power and press the button at the same time? Ive done this a couple of times
by (1.3k points)
@amphictyon77 no just follow from step 4, that's what i did
by (220 points)
No LED is shown when i push the button, the lights do switch when i dubble tap it though
by (220 points)
@penguin looks like it's connected
by (220 points)
Let me check it
by (1.3k points)
@amphictyon77 what was the issue?
by (220 points)
I have switched both buttons down and then started excluding, pressed the B button real fast, it excluded and then included it with the B buton again
by (220 points)
But its not working properly
by (220 points)
It works! I told it to be the fibaro double switch and now it works properly!
