Purchased a sexy new Inovelli Dimmer Red Series LZW31-SN. It all hooked up well and device drivers also went well. My only issue is when the switch is physically turned either on or off, Smartthings (classic and new app) doesn't see the state change. I have to press the REFRESH tile in the classic app to force it to show if the switch is ON or OFF. Maybe I've done something wrong?

Are you sure you installed the red series dth not the black? I know yours is a dimmer but it's not showing the notification lights either for you. My red switch looks like this.

Hmm strange, makes sense about notifications. I also noticed mine didn't have a refresh button so thought it was different. Sorry, not sure what it is then

Yeah I just double checked you're code as well. Definitely looks like you have the correct one. Not sure, good luck tho

I had the same issue when I got mine last week. After a factory reset and cleaning up the mistake in my device handler it worked for me. Initially, I used the wrong device handler and updating the handler did not work. I had to force delete the device in the IDE than factory reset the device. Good Luck.
