My inovelli red series switch suddenly isn't working and turning on light.

My inovelli red series switch suddenly isn't working and turning on light. Smartthings hub says it's offline. You can see the green light that means it's on but bulb not on. Any ideas how to fix? I've already rebooted hub. Also checked light bulb just to make sure it wasn't burnt out.

Did you try to reset it by pulling out the small thingy at the bottom?

Yeah try pulling the air gap switch below the paddle wait a few seconds and push it back in, that's basically like turning off and on the circuit breaker but only affects that switch

Also, flip the breaker. Stupid, but it worked. I am really dissatisfied with the quality of these switches so far. Should have stuck with GE.
