collie Sometimes, for a variety of reasons, a device can get paired or partially paired to a hub. Once it's parked to a hub, it cannot be connect again unless it's excluded. This isn't all that uncommon. If you have the classic app, select the hub from the hamburger menu then tap on the hub name. Then from the next menu select zwave utilities then select device exclusion. If you have the new app, select your hub from the device list, then tap the three dots in the top right, then select zwave utilities then device exclusion.
