I'm assuming you removed the hub from app first right?

I don't think I did. Bare with me. It was a last resort after getting stressed out with trying to integrate smartthings with github 11pm last night. I believe I deleted the location and then my Samsung account and reregistered

you may have to contact support to fix that. The system may still have your hub registered to a nonexistent location now.

no worriesI had something similar occur during my first setup attempt. Make sure your previously configured installation of Hub is removed. If you confirmed that it is truly removed and it will still not install then do a factory reset on the device and try again.
