I'm trying to reinstall my v3 hub but keep coming back with 'unable to register' error Its come up in the app as offline. Tried ethernet and WiFi with the same result. Any ideas?

I'm assuming you removed the hub from app first right?

@glycogen I don't think I did. Bare with me. It was a last resort after getting stressed out with trying to integrate smartthings with github 11pm last night. I believe I deleted the location and then my Samsung account and reregistered

@stiegler972 you may have to contact support to fix that. The system may still have your hub registered to a nonexistent location now.

@stiegler972 no worriesI had something similar occur during my first setup attempt. Make sure your previously configured installation of Hub is removed. If you confirmed that it is truly removed and it will still not install then do a factory reset on the device and try again.

@stiegler972 yep. Still sees previous install. Edit the offline hub and select delete.

Contact support, they can get it corrected.
