I bought four sets of the Sylvania SMART+ Outdoor Accent light sets, but can't get any of them to work. I've tried to pair with the old app and the new new app, neither even shows any device as available to be paired. No "Thing" shows up as available like the Sylvania site suggests; therefore, I can't add them and change the DTH within the IDE afterwards. I had somebody suggest to do a firmware update. So I bought the Sylvania hub and paired each of them, did the update, and then reset the devices to re-pair with no success. Any suggestions before I attempt to return them?!
