Question

I’ve got a Meross Garage Opener - added using the cloud to cloud integration via the new app. It doesn’t show up in either the Classic App or in ActionTiles - any idea what I can do as I’d like to be able to open/close the garage from my ActionTiles panel? Thanks in advance!

Only option is to create a virtual switch and then an automation in the new app. Only option until Action Tiles (and other groovy apps) move to the new APIs.

Trying to do it with the SmartThings automation in the new app would only let me close the door, not open. Security reasons I guess. I’d rather be able to do it, but set a pin on the tile in ActionTiles

For some reason they don’t allow automating the opening of cloud based door controllers. But they do allow it for z-wave ones like the GD00Z ‍♂️

Try reporting it to Meross. They need to update their integration to use the new Schema. We’re working with them to update some of their other SmartThings integrations.
