I am new to ST, but I am all in coming from WINK. It’s better (given wink is about to go under) but thinking local Hubitat it similar is a better solution. (Feeling sad)

Fwiw, I've been using it for 2 years and this is not normal. I am however worried about how they're going to phase out the old app.

@hague It May not be normal for ST, but it’s very normal for Wink. It seems like Deja vu.

No automations, no device status, can’t even load My Home in the classic app. ActionTiles throwing ERR for everything. Haven’t had this bad of an outage in a long time.

Oh wow, mine seems to be limited to automations so far. Device status works for the one device I checked and AT seems to still be working for me.

Everything is offline or claims online but doesn’t work. Two hubs 100 miles apart in AZ. Old app won’t even load. New app loads but everything is just as dead as old. Automations not working.

Spent the day replacing hub and repairing everything (62 devices) and scenes and just as I finished nothing worked. sure glad to hear others are having problems too. lights will not go off here

My automations have started working again and the old app is working again now too. Phew!

Mine isn't working either. I'm in Ontario, Canada. I had to use Alexa to turn off the lights.

@impercipient my daughter had issues, but when I flicked her switch to reset it, it was able to do with Alexa. maybe my Alexa is linked directly to my Philips bridge.

@impercipient see, I'm used to that happening occasionally as it is. Just automations that were set through ST weren't working, while Amazon ones still were. I really wish the app would be more stable. I'm tired of checking my cameras to make sure the info is accurate.

Had the same issue earlier (old/classic app showed everything as offline or missing, while new app shows some devices as offline). Then about 30 minutes later, everything was working again from what I can tell.

Works again now. ST never had an active incident but at last they acknowledged they had one retroactively .

Last night, yes. Haven't looked yet today, it was a mess!
