Help me decide on the best 65" SmartTV around $1000! I'm test driving some new software that let's me build out comparison tables as I search reviews and I'm trying to compare the best options with the best criteria and specs to search for. Any suggestions?

I have a Q60 and can't fault it! I'm sure the Q70 is next level! I just couldn't justify the extra price for the little amount I'm home!

There is a big price jump from the more basic TV models up to the high end sets. The LGC9 is highly regarded and has an excellent picture, but you can get a fine LG model for half the cost. Guess it depends on owner usage and expectations. I really like the detailed info found at  Great forum there too.

I would say as a SmartThings user you're better off with the Samsung. On the other hand if you just want to watch TV there are other factors to consider. One thing that shocked me when shopping a TV recently is how many of them no longer offer a simple guide for OTA TV broadcasts!

My Samsung TV has been a pile of hot garbage. Bought a 8000 Series like 5-6 years ago. Probably like once a week I need to physically unplug it because the remote stops being able to control it. The screen has a bunch of small bubbles in it. No, it's not the factory protective film either. Wouldn't buy another.
