Are there any buttons that work with a V1 hub? I bought an Ikea Tradfri and found out the hard way that it doesn't work with a V1 Hub.

The round IKEA dimmer switch works with v1 hub. So does the SmartThings button. I have both working. I like the concept of the round one, but it seems less reliable than other buttons. The SmartThings button is consistently reliable.

What have you tried to pair the circle IKEA remote to your ST v1 hub? I personally have a v2 hub and use two types of IKEA remotes with it, using ABC Manager to map the buttons to what actions I want. Maybe @

can share more on how he got his dimmer to pair and work with his v1 hub.

Filas youd have to read the thread about it on the SmartThings forum to get all the details, but basically, there is a firmware update needed for the hub that makes them work, but they're only putting out that firmware update to v2+ hubs.
