I just got a SmartThings hub to switch from Wink. How do I add my light switches and fan controllers to ST? They are GE switches.

I purchased several Lutron dimmer switches as well as the hub and everything works on the Smartthings side, but I followed the directions for hooking these up with a non-smart 3 way switch and while the Lutron dimmer works correctly, the non-smart switch won’t turn the circuit on.

My smartthings hub cannot find the fibaro double relay(fgs222) when I flick the switch 3 times I see that the light attached to s1 blinks a couple times like it's in pair mode.
