Question

My wife got a new iPhone so I deleted her old phone from the classic app and then added her phone in smartthings. However her new phone isn’t acting like a presence sensor and shows no activity in the last 7 days. Am I missing something or anything I can do to fix this? It’s bugging me since none of the lights are turning off after we both leave in the morning.

I think this happens to me before. Erase the old device add the new phone and log in through her guest invitation. It’s been awhile. Hope that helps.

@barbosa remove her phone from the routines and add again. I’m sorry I can’t Remeber exactly. But it was a pretty simple fix. I apoligize.

We are having a issue with the new iphone as well. It sees her come home (presents sensor), but randomly it suddenly see her again and run the coming home. This turns on lights and opens locks. Sometimes randomly in the middle of the night.

Advice to both of you. Get rid of her. Lol.
