A shutter interface is intended to run a motor just long enough to move from full open to full close. Thankspically the run time is set by an automatic calibration process that monitors the motor current to know when a limit switch has been reached. You may be able to adjust a parameter to set the run time manually. However the interface will by design not turn on both outputs at the same time. In short, a shutter interface is not really suitable for controlling two lamps. A module with two independent relay switched outputs would be better suited.
