So if my SmartThings buttons are local and the controlled devices are local and the SmartThings hub is set to allow local control, why don't the buttons work when the Samsung servers are down?

My Smartthings has been pretty rock solid for about 2 years or so but lately I've had an awful lot of devices just go unavailable.

I have a couple devices that are showing offline in the new app, but I can control them thru the classic app, they respond to Smart Lighting routines, I can control them from Alexa, but Alexa tells me the device is offline even though it controlled it, but they won’t respond to anything from webcore.
