What is the procedure to switch a v3 hub from wifi to ethernet?

Took the plunge and bought a new hue hub due to hitting the limit of devices on "bridge 1" Hue app is a bit rubbish at management of devices spanning two hubs, but trusty SmartThings to the rescue.
