Question

I'm using Philips Hue lighting in my home. In about to get one hub working with smart things but cannot get the second hub integrated into the app. Can you use two hubs with the app?

Try hue B smart. Can't confirm but hopefully someone will chime in soon. Be aware that installing this app requires deletion of all hue devices from ST to start with however you can then have full functionality of lamps etc in ST app. That alone is worth it

I have 4 Hue hubs with a total of approx 200 lights connected to ST, so yes multiple Hue hubs are woeking fine in ST.
