Hay everyone just wanted to pick a few brain's if that's Ok? I have a holiday book with TUI and just wanted to ask if ANYONE has actually received their refunds as of yet?

My cancellation email last week said 'refund should be processed within 4 weeks'

@agglutinin 24th April but I cancelled on medical grounds with a gp letter

@agglutinin yeah they seem to be contacting in departure date order but there's probably hundreds of thousands of people to work through so just a case of waiting til they do get in touch then it will probably be another 4 weeks from then

Was meant to start my my holiday on the 31st of March and haven’t had anything from them yet. I’ve called a couple of times and they said I have to wait for them to contact me.

I'm meant to be going 8th June can't see that happening tho, I know they are working on reduced staff but you would think they would update there app with info, i do now they are only working on holidays up departing up to 16th April

I recieved my email from. jet2 today All travel cancelled until 17th June. Was due to fly 01st June.

Thank you all for your feed back. Wasn't meant to fly till the 14th of May so was just checking if anyone had got a refund as of yet as I kno many people haven't. I'm going to get on the ball today I'll keep ringing everyday blocking up the lines till I get my money. The best way iv found to get hold on them is to call and press the option to make a payment and they pick up within 5/10 mins quick to take our money back don't want to give it back. So disappointed in TUI. Don't let them tel you this is the payment line as they all have access to everybody booking once you give u ref number.
