Hi all Anyone booked with love holidays? Flights, transfer and hotel Booked for may Obvs not going Anyone had refund etc recently ? Thanks

Hi we were supposed to be going to Portugal on the 22nd of April with love holidays. It obvs got canx and they’ve been in touch via email advising refund us being processed. Hope this helps and stay safe

@incorruptible who were you flying with as my daughter has booked for May, flights, hotel and transfer and they told her to contact easyJet for her flight money. Surely they should just refund all if it’s booked as a package do you think? Your thoughts please

@incorruptible yes we are Ryan air too, we’ve had an email saying flights are cancelled , but no mention of refund. I’d read on loveholidays that they were offering travel vouchers for the price of holiday

Some people have only been offered a credit note or the opportunity to book for another date. I’m booked for September, if cancelled I’m happy to rebook for next year. I understand some people wanting a refund at these hard time’s. Hopefully you won’t have any problems with your refund. x

Hi yes we should be going in 3 weeks to Portugal. Not had a refund yet from what I understand they are doing holiday vouchers

@taylor9850 they are a nightmare to contact,  they gave me a credit voucher but want my money back and now have to wait

They are probs trying not 2 go bust , as every 1 won'ts there money back, when u book holidays deposits are paid for flights , so they may not still have some off money payed , they had a post saying they where giving vouchers that can then be replaced with cash in july , very sad but can see big changes coming that if this happens again u will probs lose everything as out off there control :((

I am due to fly out in May, flights with Ryanair but not heard anything and I choose a non refundable hotel room as it was cheaper. Won't get all of it refunded. Here's hoping

My partner booked Dubai for 5 nights middle of June but we’ve not heard a peep yet. I’m guessing they’re getting all the April/May people out the way and then we might hear something. I’ve read that some airlines will be starting again from 17th June but I’m not sure how true that is.?
