Anyone else with this problem? Got a hol booked with TUI 19th June Had email that can change date which I don’t mind doing as free by 31st may. I log on but it’s not showing me my current booking only old ones and not letting me change it through manage my booking as advised too ?  
Anyone else with this problem?

I was due to fly out on the 19th June as well, I did mine via manage my booking. If you click on your booking you should see all of your itinerary scroll right to the end and it says cancel my booking and change my booking in blue - click change your holiday then you will need to search for a holiday and when you have the holiday you want click to confirm. Make sure you do it in the website and not the app. They did have a few website issues though so maybe try tonight and again in the morning

I read on another post that you need to do the change via the link on the email.

@withers818 i logged on to the account and accessed my booking but it says i have to go into a store to amend the holiday.

I know some people that are changing for a later date are finding that if they originally booked in store they can’t amend the booking online

Ive just set up an account and logged in . it shows up my holiday but it says to contact the store to amend the holiday
