Hi, I just wanted some advice/suggestions. We were due to go on holiday in June and I had a call from teletext to say it was cancelled, luckily we only paid a deposit, however they are now advising that we can only have the deposit back as a voucher and the only thing I can do is take the voucher and after 21st July put in a request to get a refund, we definitely don’t want a voucher as we don’t know when we’ll be able to book again. I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue?
