I meant to ask as well. My daughter purchased her tour with flights and hotel either end from the tour company paying money for all to them. Do I take it that the contract for all is with the tour company as they are who she paid her money to? The way I understood it is when you pay money for a service you enter into a contract
I meant to ask as well.

I think you usually get your ATOL when you buy a flight and something else, and you're covered with everything you buy with it. So flights, hotel, etc she'd be covered. But transfers (if she booked separately) then maybe not

@brunelle50725 fortunately no transfers were booked thankfully
