It’s actually insulting that you think both culturally rich places are about prostitution. Maybe try to read some actual travel reviews not trip advisor from Jack the lad !

I completely agree with you! Very offensive statement! Sophie, I strongly recommend you do some more digging before you decide upon your travel.

Whaaat I never saw one stag party or sex worker whilst in Budapest. Even the ruin bars were pretty quiet until about 10pm. It's such a beautiful place with lots of history. We stayed in an air bnb apartment at the quieter end of Andrassy ut and it was lovely and quiet and within easy reach of the Metro and public thermal baths. Would recommend Fisherman's Bastion, a bike ride around Margaret Island (you can rent tandem and chuckle brothers type bikes for a few quid) and the terror museum. It's my favourite city break we've ever been on.

Went to Budapest in December with my boyfriend and it’s NOTHING like that! When I went there was couples everywhere! Didn’t see 1 stag or hen do. Everyone is extremely friendly and there was no problem any time of day or late at night! It was the safest place I’ve ever been to and felt more safe walking the streets at night there than I do in England ! X

Budapest is absolutely amazing - beautiful place and beautiful people. Don't know what you googled to get the impression that it's all stags and hookers because it certainly isn't.

Absolutely shocked by ur status , living in small city in uk atm and seen over here more prostitutes then I ever seen in Poland for 20 years . especially the ones who having sex for heroin etc . I can promise u that u won’t ever see anything like this in krakow . if there are women’s that charge money for sex they will be exclusive and u won’t ever see them standing on the streets or anything like this . u got nothing to worry about
