Apply sun screen in the morning before you go for breakfast, this allows time to absorb and work, also apply at least every 1. 5 hours throughout the day Arm bands, calpol, plasters, antihistamines

Nothing more than if you were going to Bournemouth, make sure they keep hats on all day armbands or those swimming costumes with the little floats built in.

Exciting for you all, download stuff onto phone or tablet to keep them occupied during flights/transfers. Where in spain are you going?

Squash! To add into water. They only really have fizzy or fresh juice. Calpol. Piriton. Sun suits with UV protection. Glasses sun hats. Crocs. Suncream. Pref piz buin once a day but need again after swim. Its the best I've used.

nivea is my second choice! But piz buin never failed us. My son has vitiligo and arthritis so on meds which make his skin even more susceptible to burning. X never tried aldi or lidl although I've heard good things. I just feel we can't risk it x

I used to put P20 on mine, do it first thing before they are dressed, no need to re-apply throughout the day, I thought it was brilliant stuff!

Get one of the small concentrated bottles of squash and take empty drinks cups in your carry on bag. Once you clear customs and get air side fill them up with water and make them drinks for the plane. Saves a fortune on buying drinks at the airport or on the plane. I also pack snacks and sweets for the plane.

extension lead is the most simplest thing but the best idea. Saves having to fight over the plug adapter about who's charging their phone/tablet first

Rashguard swimwear, hat and glasses. You can buy anything else over the counter/off the shelf there. You will be able to buy swimwear everywhere but the sun t shirts etc aren't so easily got. Bring colouring and puzzle books and small card games. Maybe a travel bottle so that you can always have water at hand for them including beside their beds at night

I only ever use TransferWise now it’s a card u put money on to and you can use it in any country and withdraw your own money for free . Or pay by card chip and pin or contactless with the card. Also request a card or it’s all on line banking. Get that first with this link and then ask for a card . My bank charges me every time to withdraw if I use it abroad. But the TransferWise is free . I move my holiday money over to which ever country I go to . And on the app it’s instant to see how much you’ve got left it’s brilliant and it’s contactless. And if there’s anything left I move it back to English and use it at home.

Calpol Pireton (for heat rash) Travel sick tablets Paracetomel Ibuprofen UVA swim tops Hats and spair in case they loose it Aldi sun cream factor 50 £1 washing line and pegs Beach Towels (if you can try and take extra)cheap in primark. Dont go crazy on buying clothes you can wash them in the sink and hang them to dry. I would go to primark for everything. Beach bag Bag for the plane I would put spare set of clothes for the kids Wipes Tissues Empty drink bottles and fill them the other side. Go to pound land and see if you can get a few bits and surprise them with it on the plane for them to be entertained. If they have iPad or anything down load some things for them and remember headphones. Carrier bag for rubbish Always pack snacks. Travel sick tablets And tablets for you. When you go to the pool take snacks and drinks. Costume with floats in.
