@ornery27 exactly! If the taste/texture isn’t great you can always add it to another meal as a ‘filler’ ingredient. I think it’ll be ok anyway

I made some this week. I think the trick is to let it brown some. I made mine like fried rice with garlic and onion and added turkey sausage and it was delicious! By it's self. yeah it tastes like cauliflower but this was so good i ate the entire bag. (2 separate servings)
