I am diabetic so I have not. But I have seen from posts that many people have great outcomes with it. I think if I was doing it myself, I would have dinner earlier and therefore a breakfast little earlier than the way most people do it. Dinner at a normal time and breakfast very late around 11am is how most of the people I work with do it.

I do and love it. My eating window averages 11:30am-6:30pm. Two meals a day and I love it! I get better quality food in my points because I’m not spreading it out and I feel better.

I do 16:8 nothing after 7pm at the latest. Has really helped with the desire to snack at night

I have been doing it for a few weeks. I do 16/8 most of the week and 24 hrs 11:AM Sunday to 11:30 AM Monday. It works for me.

I started doing intermittent fasting. Now I do a mid morning snack, afternoon snack, 1 meal at home and a dessert like S/F chocolate pudding or halo top ice cream. Its worked for me

Yes. I do 18-6. Small low point soup lunch and apple. About 15 pt dinner. Low carb as well. I am 71 and have lost 105 lb and am in Wonderland weighing what I did in my late 30’s. Each of us has to figure out what works for us.
