Going to PF Changs tomorrow for a work lunch. I'm doing my planning ahead and it looks like the Shrimp in Lobster sauce w/ brown rice - and maybe a cup of egg drop soup is my best option (Purple plan - also - looking to bring 1/2 of the meal home -- so I don't actually plan on EATING as much as what I just listed in one sitting) HOWEVER - when I'm looking on the WW app - there is the regular Shrimp in Lobster Sauce. then another one with (steamed) by it. for significantly fewer points. Has anyone had this meal? I assume I need to special request that it is steamed? Any insight?
