Aldi Fit and Active Bread (2 points for 2 slices), Oscar Mayer rotisserie seasoned sliced chicken breast (1 point for 5 slices), with light mayo and thin sliced provolone cheese for the sandwich. And then a side of Trader @kustere's roasted gorgonzola crackers (31 crackers for 4 points) and a light cheese stick. Turns out to be a 5 point lunch.
by (560 points)
@seibert how is that 5 points. I count 8. 1 point for the cheese stick
by (560 points)
@seibert lite mayo has 2 points for a tablespoon so that would be 9 points.

Aldi's fit and active cheese sticks are 1 point

I didn't have 31 crackers. I probably had 10 so I should have specified. I was just giving the serving size and total.

1 tablespoon of light mayo is 1 point

Or fruit or, vegetables.

I like cheese sticks and maybe yogurt as a snack. Also, while fruit isn't always filling, I have found Granny Smith apples to make me less hungry.

I make spaghetti squash and eat with sauce and chicken really filling. And low points, also Alfredo sauce instead of red sauce is fairly low in points as well. Give and take in everything. Add vegetables if you can, even though they alone may not fill you they will keep your body from craving as much higher point foods. Good luck.

You can also make a good zero point chili

Use the recipe finder on the app. You can search by an ingredient that you do like, such as beans or tofu, and go from there. It's hard to make recommendations for picky eaters.

Berries with yogurts and granola. Look for the proteins with your fruits and veggies. The combo will fill you up.

Lettuce wraps! Fill some lettuce wraps with zero point chicken breast or deli turkey and I’ll do zero sp worth of ranch and Sriracha. Then add whatever else you like in it.

I am really not trying to be rude, but I will be honest, not liking vegetables, eggs or chicken, plus not being satisfied with fruit, is going to make living and being successful on WW very, very hard. Are there any vegetables you will eat? Salads? Do you eat turkey or fish? How about wraps made of things you do like? What types of foods do you eat? Maybe we can get some better ideas if we know that.

@shaylashaylah I agree. Vegetables and fruit are great ways to bulk up meals. If I eat only fruits or vegetables then I don't get full either so I add them to soups, salads, sandwiches and eat them as side dishes. They are the basis for healthy eating, which is what WW is fundamentally about.
by (980 points)
@shaylashaylah i lost 31 lbs being a picky 5 year old type eater. I don’t eat any fruits except apples and watermelon. No eggs. No seafood. Plus many others. It’s doable ‍♀️
by (9.5k points)
@extrauterine Oh, I am sure it is doable, just makes a little harder. I went to a meeting for awhile with a lady who said she started WW with eating only 5 different things. In her case, she was determined to add foods and, if I remember, she was up to 10 or 15 different things she could eat!

@shaylashaylah I’m not trying to be be rude but I like what I like

@cycle3 Oh I know. I honestly wasn't criticizing you - just worried you have chosen a difficult path. That's why I was asking about foods you do like, just so maybe we could come up with some better ideas.

@miltie I'm not vegetarian but I do eat in a pretty much plant-based way. I often have days where I eat no meat. I do Purple because of that (because 0pt foods include whole grains, brown rice and potatoes, along with the beans that are also on Blue). Having said that, there is a FB group for Vegan and Vegetarians Weight Watchers. Maybe they could help.

I like the Dannon Light & Fit Greek Nonfat Yogurt. Strawberry Cheesecake flavor is my favorite so far. (2 pts) with a tablespoon of chopped walnuts (2 pts) and a cup of Green Tea with Matcha (0 pts). The protein in the yogurt holds me over until dinner time. Point value is based on the  plan.

I don't love veggies either but they are good for me and I just eat them. I do like ranch dip or hummus to dip them in.

@ratcliffe41 are you sure that isn’t per serving, 2 servings per can? I haven’t seen this one in the “light” version in my store
by (810 points)
@hairpiece66 I scanned the can and one serving is one point.
by (1.5k points)
@ratcliffe41 cool! I’ll look for this one!

I find veggies and fruits don’t fill me either. So i have fruit with a protein, like apples and cheese or nuts. Salads with regular fat dressing, i just use less. Add eggs, cheese and or meats. That should do the trick.

I make cabbage soup with veggie broth, tons of veggies; beans (white and black) and rotel tomatoes for a bit of zip! I eat it every day! Its zero points and feels like a meal!

I don't like to rain on your parade, but you NEED the fruits and veggies, not just for their nutrients, but they help you stay full.

2 hard boiled eggs-chopped up; 1/4 cup imitation crab cut up; 1 T of mayonnaise--all mixed together. And on the side--a large handful of grape tomatoes. You have protein, fat, carbs, and will feel full.
