Can I tell you that I looked up chicken and broccoli regarding Chinese food the other day on the weight watchers app and I was shocked that I didn’t have as many points as I thought it was going to have. I would just enjoy and leave out all the rice and all of the egg rolls etc. chicken and Chinese mix vegetables, chicken and broccoli, there’s just so many nice things

My coach also said at the last studio meeting that when you have Chinese food rather than putting the rice down first like a big bed of rice, put your food down first and then sprinkle the rice over the top. Makes sense right? So you’re not denying yourself rice but it’s just not a huge bed of it. Just some interesting options

Your going to love this: your teacup if 1/2 cup so you can ask for another cup and measure your rice. You’ll find out you get more this way then trying to guess.
