Would love to help but in the U. S. we like to buy a lot of pre-made grab and go things that are probably not available in the UK. I like to have a little cubed meat, havarti cheese, dill mustard and reduced fat crackers - just small portions but I graze and it feels like a feast! Can always have a small portion of fruit with that too. Air popped popcorn. Pretzels. A low cal bun with low sugar jam. Hope this helps! Best wishes!
