When I was doing digital only I struggled with tracking every day. Then I switched to workshops & my tracking improved! I’ve been 100 percent for the past 6 months. Something about talking with others every week has kept me better engaged.

Our WW Center has 11 meetings a week and I go to at least 4 a week. We have 44 meetings a month and I am paying only $44. 95 a month for unlimited meetings plus their awesome app. What a deal! Now, if only I would get a smartphone instead of having to use my iPad. :) I just don't want to spend the money on a smartphone . . love my flip phone. :)

I’m pretty sure many of us are too embarrassed to comment! I try and track at least 5 days a week. I’ve lost 75lbs so far, but my weigh in day I never track for sure. I hit my goal last week after a year on plan.

Do you just try to memorize? Or estimate on the days you aren’t tracking? I’m too forgetful. I track every day to ensure I’m within the point range that WW says I should be in to lose weight.

Every day and I pre-track a week in advance. I always know what I am eating at each meal and what I need to pull out for dinner the next day. It keeps me focused and if I don't like what the next meal is, I know what point value I can have for that meal. It also is helps me prepare my food shopping list for the week. And when I go out to eat, I access the menus in advance so I know exactly what I will order. It is very helpful for me.

@mauricio, do you plan out your whole week in advance, or 1 day at a time?

24/7;)) I occasionally bring my own pulses in restaurants. very rude especially in France. I know also that on Monday, I will go to the pub in Paris, and will do the same, or have my beloved intermittent fasting. I shed more than 40 pounds(+ 20 kg) in 18 months.

I keep an inexpensive Dollar tree notebook beside my bed and at night before turning out my light I review my day, track my food, put in my exercise for the day, evaluate everything. Then I write down My blessings that day and give thanks. Then I sleep like a baby, for four hours, up for about 1. 5 hours then back to sleep for 4.  I do this every night.

Ok folks this feed has keep me very motivated. I had my shoulder replaced 4 weeks ago. Needless to say no gym or Zumba. I gained 2 pounds in 3 weeks which I think is a win considering stuck in, next to the kitchen boredom and inactivity. Thanks for help keeping me motivated.
